Sint-Stevens-Woluwe er en delkommune af Zaventem i den belgiske provins Vlaams-Brabant. Landsbyen ligger i den østlige del af Bruxelles og er vokset sammen med den Bruxelles agglomeration. Det grænser direkte op til de tosprogede kommuner Haren, Evere og Sint-Lambrechts-Woluwe, og har derfor også en stærk fransktalende tilstedeværelse. Sint-Stevens-Woluwe grænser også op til den flamske facilitetskommune Kraainem. Sint-Stevens-Woluwe var en selvstændig kommune indtil den kommunale omstrukturering i 1977.
