Lombardsijde er en landsby i den belgiske provins West-Vlaanderen og en delkommune af Middelkerke. Lombardsijde ligger ved den belgiske kyst, bymidten ligger en og en halv kilometer fra havet, og bygningerne danner en helhed med Westende. Arealet af Lombardsijde blev stærkt reduceret i anden halvdel af det 20. århundrede, da områderne med blandt andet den militære base og naturområdet ved IJzermonding blev lagt til nabokommune Nieuwpoort.
