Jabbeke er en by og kommune i den belgiske provins Westflanderen. Kommunen har knap 13.500 indbyggere og ligger ved motorvejen E40. Den hellige beskytter af Jabbeke er Sankt Blasius.
Den flamske ekspressionist Constant Permeke byggede i 1929 i Jabbeke det modernistiske bolig, som også fungerer som atelier 'De Fire Vinde'. Han boede der indtil sin død i 1952.
I huset er der i dag indrettet Provinsmuseum Constant Permeke.
