Opitter er en landsby i den belgiske provins Limburg og en delkommune i byen Bree. Den har omkring 2.500 indbyggere.
Opitter blev første gang nævnt i 1143 som Itera et alia Itera quae dicitur nova; dette er hhv. Opitter og Neeritter. De ældste spor af bosættelse er genstande fra neolitikum. I det 13. århundrede var Opitter et godssamfund i grevskabet Loon. Kasteparken Opitter er det eneste resterende spor af det lokale slot. Landsherrene stammede fra slægterne "van Lieck", "van Meeuwen", "van Horion", "Dans", "Raes de Scrip", "Panis", "de Kellens" og "Vissers".
