I 2021 satte Reizen Waes Waasmunster virkelig på kortet, da de deltog i Vesjeskermis. Den årlige 'Vestjes og Molekenskermis' finder sted i weekenden i den 3. søndag i september. Attraktionen på kermisen er det historiske vandbakkertournament. Folkespelet, der begyndte i 1885 som en handling af medfølelse over for familien ved den lokale kroegers død, voksede gennem årene til en årlig attraktion.
