Erasmushuset, tidligere kapelhus 'De Swaene', er et historisk sted i Anderlecht, hvor Desiderius Erasmus boede under sit ophold i Bruxelles. Siden 1932 har det været et museum, dedikeret til Erasmus og den tilsvarende periode i historien.
Den lokale domskoleleder Pieter Wijchmans flyttede senere ind i denne bolig og udvidede den i 1515. Denne kannik modtog mange gæster og var en ven af humanisten Desiderius Erasmus. Wijchmans gav Erasmus husly i huset fra maj til oktober 1521. Desiderius Erasmus har derfor kun opholdt sig fem måneder i dette hus.
