Lotto Arena er en multifunktionel eventhal i Antwerpen. Hallen blev åbnet den 10. marts 2007 og er resultatet af et offentlig-privat partnerskab mellem byen Antwerpen og ledelsen af Sportpaleis. I 1997 begyndte investeringerne i Sportpaleissite med en renovering, efterfulgt af en ny frontbygning i 1999 og åbningen af Hospitality Center i 2005. I 2007 fulgte så bygningen af Lotto Arena. Den Nationale Loteri optrådte som navnesponsor for arenaen og underskrev en kontrakt for 10 år.
