Station Sint-Niklaas er en jernbanestation i byen Sint-Niklaas. Det er knudepunktet for to jernbanelinjer, jernbanelinje 54 til Mechelen, og jernbanelinje 59 til Antwerpen og Gent. Tidligere var stationet også endepunktet for jernbanelinje 56 til Grembergen. Denne linje er blevet brudt op. Med over 8.409 rejsende på en hverdag, placerede stationen sig i 2019 på 21. pladsen blandt de travleste jernbanestationer i Belgien.
