I midten af hovedfløjen findes adgangen via en indkørsel med tre etager. Rundt om porten finder man sporene efter en tidligere hævebro.
Hvert år er slotgården ramme om en historisk evektion med riddere og dansere i forbindelse med et middelalderligt turnering.
