Arkitektparret Gijs Van Vaerenbergh har designet en vindmølle af armeret stål, inspireret af linjetegningerne fra Bruegel. I nogle malerier og gravurer af Pieter Bruegel spiller møllen en vigtig rolle, som i Korsbæringen fra 1568. Den lette konstruktion symboliserer det tidligere forhold mellem det produktive landskab og den landsbypræg, der længe har været forsvundet. Værket står i et åbent landskab og er synligt på lang afstand.
