Brouwerij Belle-Vue er et belgisk bryggeri i Sint-Pieters-Leeuw. Det er en afdeling af InBev Belgium, den belgiske gren af AB InBev. Bryggeriet er mest kendt for sine lambikøl.
Philémon Vanden Stock, en caféindehaver fra Itterbeek, besluttede i 1913 at lave sin egen fond-geuze. Han etablerede sin geuzestekerij i centrum af Bruxelles og købte lambikvørter fra lambikbryggere i byen. I 1927 købte Philémon Vanden Stock det stadig eksisterende café-brasserie "Belle-Vue" fra 1890 på Paul Jansonlaan i Anderlecht. Navnet på denne café blev senere også mærkenavnet for Vanden Stock-familiens øl og fra 1949 også navnet på virksomheden.
