Placeringen af denne mølle findes allerede på kort fra middelalderen. Den nuværende møllekrop stammer fra slutningen af det 19. århundrede. Møllen var maleklar indtil 1953 ved installation af et elektrisk mølleranlæg. Derefter gik det stærkt ned ad bakke med møllen, indtil den sidste mølleejer solgte den. Den nye ejer restaurerede dele af møllen, og i øjeblikket er møllen omdannet til en bolig.
