Bregaglia er en kommune i Maloja-regionen i kantonen Graubünden i Schweiz. Den blev dannet ved sammenlægningen af kommunerne Bondo, Castasegna, Soglio, Stampa og Vicosoprano i 2010, som alle ligger i Val Bregaglia.
Under det karolingiske dynasti tilhørte Bondo Ministerium Bergallia, som var en underafdeling af de tidlige biskopper i Chur, selvom det efter 960 blev ejet direkte af biskoppen. Dalens kirke S. Maria ved Castelmur nævnes første gang i 988, mens landsbyens kirke for Bondo, S. Martino, blev indviet i 1250. I højmiddelalderen var Bondo en del af flere landsbyer, der kollektivt blev kendt som di là dell'acqua, som var en del af distriktet Sotto Porta/Unterporta. I 1367 sluttede Bondo, sammen med resten af Sotto Porta/Unterporta, sig til Guds Hus' liga. I 1380 blev det første gang nævnt under navnet Bondo. På tysk blev det også kendt som Bundth, mens det på romansk blev kaldt Buond.
