Universitetshospitalet i Basel, i Basel, er et af de fem universitetshospitaler i Schweiz. Siden 1842 har det været beliggende i et tidligere palads, Markgräflerhof.
USB samler 50 klinikker, enheder og institutter, der alle arbejder sammen på tværs af fagområder og beskæftiger omkring 5000 medarbejdere. Siden begyndelsen af 2012 har universitetshospitalet været en selvstændig virksomhed. Efter sin spinoff fra statsadministrationen i kantonen Basel-Stadt har det nu den organisatoriske form af en statsejet virksomhed.
