Den Scots Kirk, Lausanne, er en protestantisk, presbyteriansk kirke beliggende i Lausanne, avenue de Rumine 24. Den er en del af Church of Scotlands presbyterium i Europa og en af to menigheder af Church of Scotland i Schweiz, den anden er Scots Kirk i Genève. Søndagsgudstjenesterne foregår på engelsk.
I Lausanne går de allerførste forsøg på at danne en presbyteriansk menighed tilbage til 1866, men de mislykkedes efter to år. Amalric-Frédéric Buscarlet, præst i Napoli, opholdt sig midlertidigt i Montreux, hvor han arbejdede som kapellan i turistsæsonen. I 1874 inviterede fru Williamina Davidson ham til at komme til Lausanne for at lede nogle hverdagsgudstjenester. Da han accepterede tilbuddet, opbyggede han hurtigt en lille menighed, som snart anmodede det kontinentale udvalg af Free Church of Scotland om at finansiere en permanent præstestilling. Buscarlet blev udnævnt til den første præst for den skotske kirke i Lausanne i 1876.
