Nyon [njɔ̃] er en kommune i Nyon-distriktet i kantonen Vaud i Schweiz. Det ligger cirka 25 kilometer nordøst for Genèves bycentrum, og siden 1970'erne er det blevet en del af den genève metropolregion. Det ligger ved bredden af Genevesøen og er sædet for Nyon-distriktet. Byen har en befolkning på 21.198 og er berømt i sportsverdenen for at være hovedkvarteret for Union of European Football Associations og European Club Association. Det er forbundet med resten af Schweiz via Route Suisse, A1-motorvejen og jernbanerne i Arc Lémanique.
Nyon stammer fra et af de navne, som romerne brugte til byen, Noviodunum eller Noiodunum. Andre navne for byen, især for kolonier, der blev placeret der, er Colonia Iulia Equestris eller Colonia Julia Equestris, Colonia Equestris Noiodunum, Equestris, Civitas Equestrium og Civitas Equestrium Noiodunum.
