Det Nationale Bibliotek for Tjekkiet er det centrale bibliotek i Tjekkiet. Det ledes af Ministeriet for Kultur. Bibliotekets hovedbygning ligger i den historiske Clementinum-bygning i centrum af Prag, hvor cirka halvdelen af dens bøger opbevares. Den anden halvdel af samlingen opbevares i distriktet Hostivař. Det Nationale Bibliotek er det største bibliotek i Tjekkiet, der huser omkring 6 millioner dokumenter. Biblioteket har i øjeblikket omkring 20.000 registrerede læsere. Selvom det for det meste består af tjekkiske tekster, opbevarer biblioteket også ældre materiale fra Tyrkiet, Iran og Indien. Biblioteket huser også bøger til Københavns Universitet i Prag.
