Elbsandstenbjerget er et hovedsageligt sandstensopbygget mellemområde i den øvre del af Elben i Sachsen og Nordbøhmen. Det er cirka 700 km² stort og når op til 723 meter over havets overflade. Den tyske del kaldes generelt Sächsische Schweiz, den tjekkiske kaldes Böhmische Schweiz. Begrebet „Sächsisch-Böhmische Schweiz“ er afledt deraf.
