Juist er en af de ostfrisiske øer i det nedersaksiske Vadehav ved Nordsøen og ligger mellem Borkum mod vest og Norderney mod øst. Øen har en længde på 17 kilometer og er derved den længste af de ostfrisiske øer. Den maksimale bredde er 900 meter, den minimale 500 meter. På øen ligger den tilsvarende kommune Juist, som tilhører Landkreis Aurich i Niedersachsen og har 1515 indbyggere. På øen er der to delområder: hovedbyen, der er opdelt i Westdorf og Ostdorf, samt Loog.
