Panschwitz-Kuckau, sorbisk Pančicy-Kukow, er en kommune i Oberlausitz i den saksiske Landkreis Bautzen. Kommunen i det sorbiske boligområde ligger cirka 12 km fra byen Kamenz. Den har 2200 indbyggere, hvoraf cirka halvdelen bor i byen Panschwitz-Kuckau selv. I år 2001 talte 50,7 % af indbyggerne sorbisk.
Stedet ligger mellem 165 og 185 meter over havets overflade i det, der kaldes "Oberland" i den tidligere klosterpleje St. Marienstern. Gennem Panschwitz-Kuckau flyder Klosterwasser, en biflod til Schwarzen Elster. Det adskiller de historiske bydele Panschwitz og Kuckau.
