Friesack er en amtsafhængig by i Landkreis Havelland i delstaten Brandenburg. Den administreres af Amt Friesack.
Friesack ligger ved den gamle Rhin mellem Rhinkanal og havellands hovedkanal, cirka 60 kilometer vest-nordvest for Berlin. Byen ligger mellem byerne Rathenow, Nauen, Kyritz og Neuruppin. Byområdet har andel i skoven Zootzen. Omgivelserne er, bortset fra marklandbrug, vandrige, sumpede og skovrige.
