Lebus er en amtsafhængig småby i den sydøstlige del af Landkreis Märkisch-Oderland i Brandenburg. Byen er sæde for forvaltningen af Amt Lebus. Lebus ligger i det efter landsbyen navngivne land Lebus ved den midterste Oder, omkring ti kilometer nord for Frankfurt på 56 m over NHN. Byområdet grænser mod nord til kommunen Lindendorf samt til kommunerne Podelzig og Reitwein, mod øst til den polske Voivodschaft Lebus, mod syd til den ikke-kredsafhængige by Frankfurt, mod sydvest til kommunen Treplin, mod vest til kommunen Zeschdorf og kommunen Fichtenhöhe.
