Dasburg er ruinen af en højborgen i Südeifel i den tysk-luxembourgske naturpark på en 356 m over havets overflade høj bakke ved lokalsamfundet Dasburg ved Our i Eifelkreis Bitburg-Prüm i Rheinland-Pfalz.
Borgen blev sandsynligvis opført i begyndelsen af det 13. århundrede som en forsvarsanlæg og tilflugtsborg. I 1222 nævnes den første gang som „Daysberhc castrum“ i kommentaren til Prümer Urbar, som den Prümer eksabt Caesarius von Milendonk udarbejdede i 1222.
