Jacobsdorf er en kommune i Landkreis Oder-Spree i Brandenburg øst for Berlin. Den er en del af Amtet Odervorland.
Jacobsdorf ligger cirka 15 km vest for centrum af Frankfurt i et landskab skabt af Weichsel-istiden på Lebuser Platten ved overgangen til den berlinske urstromdal. Den umiddelbare omgivelser af stedet er præget af landbrug og næsten skovfri.
