Brunsbüttel [ˈbrʊnsbʏtl] er en industriby og havneby i Dithmarschen-kredsen i Schleswig-Holstein. Brunsbüttel ligger ved udmundingen af Nord-Østersøkanalen i Elben og er beliggende ved den mest betydningsfulde havn på den vestlige kyst i det nordligste forbundsland. Denne lille by er især kendt for det nu lukkede atomkraftværk Brunsbüttel og sluseanlæggene ved Nord-Østersøkanalen, den mest trafikerede kunstige vandvej i verden.
