Falkenhagen, tidligere kun Falkenhagen, er en kommunal tilknyttet kommune i Landkreis Märkisch-Oderland i Brandenburg. Kommunen Falkenhagen blev omdøbt til Falkenhagen den 1. februar 2005. Kernebyen, som i dag er en del af kommunen, bærer derimod fortsat navnet Falkenhagen. Falkenhagen administreres af Amt Seelow-Land.
Stedet ligger på Lebus-pladen, en grundmoræne fra den weichseliske istid, i den sydvestlige forland af israndens beliggenhed ved Frankfurt-Staffel på et sted, hvor en subglacial rende krydser denne plade og israndens beliggenhed. Inden for rækken er stedet omgivet af seks søer og andre småvande fra nord over øst til syd.
