Niederfinow [niːdɐ̯ˈfiːnoː] er en kommune, der er tilknyttet Barnim-distriktet i delstaten Brandenburg. Den ledes af Britz-Chorin-Oderberg Amt. Kommunen er regionalt kendt for sluseanlægget Niederfinow.
Niederfinow er en del af det historiske område Uckermark. Mod nord grænser biosfærereservatet Schorfheide-Chorin op til Niederfinow, hvor Totalreservatet Plagefenn ligger. Stedet ligger ved den nordlige kant af Eberswalder Urstromtal og strækker sig over ca. 5 km langs Hebewerkstraße.
