Klingenthal, indtil 2007 Klingenthal/Sa., er en by i den sydøstlige del af den saksiske Vogtland-kreds. Den ligger i Musikdalen i naturparken Erzgebirge/Vogtland. Byen blev kendt for sit musikinstrumentbyggeri, som ferieområde i Vogtland og som vintersportssted.
Klingenthal ligger lige ved grænsen til Tjekkiet, overfor Kraslice, ved foden af Aschberg. Den 10,5 km lange by er omgivet af nåleskov. Klingenthal ligger i den sydøstlige del af den saksiske del af det historiske Vogtland, men tilhører med hensyn til naturområdet det vestlige Erzgebirge. Byområdet ligger i naturparken Erzgebirge/Vogtland.
