Waldhufen er en saksisk kommune i Landkreis Görlitz, som tilhører forvaltningssammenslutningen Diehsa. Kommunesædet ligger i byen Jänkendorf, mens forvaltningssædet ligger i den navngivne by Diehsa.
Kommunen Waldhufen ligger i den centrale del af Landkreis. Den ligger cirka 8 km syd for byen Niesky og 12 km vest for hovedbyen Görlitz. Den ligger mellem Königshainer-bjergene mod syd og den skov- og damrige Oberlausitzer hede- og damlandschaft mod nord. Landskabet præges overvejende af bløde bakker. Kommunen grænser ved landsbyerne Jänkendorf og Diehsa op til indsøen Quitzdorf, hvor Schwarze Schöps er dæmmet op.
