Niedersayn er en landsby i Westerwaldkreis i Rheinland-Pfalz. Den tilhører kommuneforeningen Wirges.
Niedersayn blev første gang nævnt i dokumenter i året 1277 under navnet Langesain. Det kan dog have været en nu opgivet bosættelse, der blot lå tæt på det nuværende Niedersayn, men som ikke er en direkte forgænger. I 1618 blev dette navn brugt for sidste gang. I 1490 blev det nuværende navn nævnt for første gang.
Kapellet for de hellige Apollonia i bydelen Karnhöfen blev opført i 1700. I 1949 blev det hårdt beskadigede kapel delvist genopbygget og udvidet, og i 1972 blev det renoveret.
