BV Bad Lippspringe er en fodboldklub fra Bad Lippspringe. Førsteholdet har spillet i Bezirksliga siden nedrykning i 2019. I sæsonen 1976/77 deltog holdet i DFB-Pokal.
Klubben blev stiftet i 1910. Efter Anden Verdenskrig blev Lippspringer mestre i Bezirksklasse Paderborn i Folkssportforbundet Westfalen, men missede kvalifikationen til oprykningsspillet til Landesliga Westfalen efter mellemskabs-spil mod Westfalia Ahlen. I de følgende år blev BV til et tophold i Bezirksklasse og blev 1949 og 1951 runner-up bag TuRa Elsen henholdsvis og VfL Geseke. Endelig lykkedes det i 1956 at rykke op i den dengang fjerdeklassede Landesliga. Efter en femteplads i sæsonen 1958/59 fulgte et år senere nedrykning til Bezirksklasse.
