Süpplingenburg er en kommune i Landkreis Helmstedt i Niedersachsen. Den er en medlemskommune i Samtgemeinde Nord-Elm og grænser direkte op til kommunen Süpplingen.
I øst for byen ligger "Sandteich". Den stillestående vandmasse blev oprindeligt anlagt med tre øer. Da vandreserverne udtørrede i begyndelsen af 1990'erne, blev to øer fjernet. For at få vandstanden til at stige igen blev en kilde frigivet. Dammen fører alligevel lidt vand. Omkring dammen er der anlagt en rhododendronpark, som har sin blomstringstid i slutningen af maj/starten af juni. Ved Sandteich ligger Megalitgraven Süpplingenburg, som blev opdaget i 1976 mellem Süpplingenburg og Emmerstedt og blev transloceret til sin nuværende placering i 1982.
