Tholey er en kommune i den tyske delstat Saarland og er en del af Landkreis St. Wendel. Tholey har 12.050 indbyggere.
I Tholey står et af de ældste benediktinerklostre i Tyskland, viet til H. Mauritius. Den ældste henvisning til dette kloster stammer fra 634. Det blev bygget på ruinerne af et romersk badehus. Den tidlige gotiske klosterkirke stammer fra 1302.
