Röderland er en kommune i den sydbrandenburgiske Landkreis Elbe-Elster. Den blev dannet den 26. oktober 2003 som et frivilligt samarbejde mellem de hidtil selvstændige kommuner Haida, Prösen, Reichenhain, Saathain, Stolzenhain og Wainsdorf i Amt Röderland.
Röderland ligger ved floderne Schwarze Elster og Große Röder, den sidstnævnte gav navn til enhedskommunen. Desuden krydses kommunens territorium af Grödel-Elsterwerdaer Floßkanal, en kunstigt anlagt kanal til tømmerfløjtning mellem Elbe og Schwarze Elster, som betragtes som et bygningsværk.
