Wilnsdorf er en kommune i den tilhørende distriktsforvaltning Arnsberg i Kreis Siegen-Wittgenstein i delstaten Nordrhein-Westfalen. Den blev dannet i 1969 som følge af den kommunale reform fra de syv kommuner i Wilnsdorf kontoret og fire kommuner i Netphen kontoret. I dag bor der 20.512 indbyggere i flækkekommunen Wilnsdorf med 11 lokaliteter; hovedbyen Wilnsdorf har 3.286 indbyggere og er centrum. Det er den største kommune og den fjerde største kommune i Kreis efter Siegen, Kreuztal og Netphen.
