Hardheim er en kommune i den nordøstlige del af Neckar-Odenwald-kredsen i Baden-Württemberg. Den tilhører den europæiske metropolregion Rhein-Neckar.
Hardheim ligger i midten af Erftalen, som skæres ind i byggelandet af Erfa. Hardheim deles af motorvej 27. Kommuneområdet ligger delvist i naturparken Neckartal-Odenwald. Hardheim grænser med uret i nord og nordøst til Külsheim, i øst til Königheim, i syd til Ahorn, i den yderste sydvest støder kommuneområdet op til Rosenberg, i vest grænser Hardheim til Höpfingen samt Walldürn, og i nordvest har Hardheim også en fælles grænse med Eichenbühl, som ligger i Bayern.
