Wittichenau, obersorbisk, er en saksisk lille by i Landkreis Bautzen i Oberlausitz. Wittichenau tilhører det officielle bosættelsesområde for sorberne, især i bydelene tales der også sorbisk.
Wittichenau ligger cirka fem kilometer syd for byen Hoyerswerda ved den sorte Elster. Gennem byområdet flyder desuden som små floder Schwarzwasser og Klosterwasser, der her løber ud i den sorte Elster. Som en af sine bifloder løber den af Reichsarbeitsdienst anlagte overfladebeskyttelseskanal Wudra nær byen. Omgivelserne er flade, vandrige og delvis tæt skovklædte.
