Heidesee er en amtsfri kommune i nordøst for Dahme-Spreewald-kredsen i Brandenburg i Tyskland.
Heidesee ligger cirka 30 kilometer sydøst for byens centrum i Berlin og ti kilometer øst for den tidligere kredsby Königs Wusterhausen i et hedelandskab med skove, søer, floder og kanaler. Bydele omkranser Blossiner Heide. Kommunen ligger mellem Wolziger See, floden Dahme og Oder-Spree-kanalen ved den sydlige rand af Berlins urdal. Landskabet blev formet af den sidste istid.
