Vlotho [ˈfloːtʰoː] er en østvestfaliansk by og middelcenter med næsten 20.000 indbyggere i den nordøstlige del af den tyske delstat Nordrhein-Westfalen ved Weser. Den lille by ligger i den østlige del af Herford-kredsen og tilhører dermed Detmold-regionskontoret. Siden 1978 har dele af Vlotho været udnævnt som luftkursted med kurmiddelområde.
