Kaulsdorf er en bydel i Berlin i distriktet Marzahn-Hellersdorf. Sammen med Biesdorf og Mahlsdorf ligger her Tysklands største sammenhængende område med en- og tofamiliehuse.
Stedet opstod før 1200 i forbindelse med den tyske østkolonisering, men ikke som en ny stiftelse, men som en omstrukturering af en slavisk bosættelse, hvilket den arkæologiske undersøgelse af forenede sen-slaviske og tidlige tyske keramikstykker viser. Omkring 1250 blev Kaulsdorf kirke opført. I 1347 blev Kaulsdorf nævnt som Caulstorp i et gavebrev fra Markgreve Ludwig den Ældre til Kalandsbrødrene i Bernau. Navnet dukkede dog første gang op i 1285 i forbindelse med en beboer: Nicolao de Caulestorp. I 1412 blev stedet et altergods for Petrikirken i Cölln ved Spree, indtil 1536, hvor Petrikirkens rettigheder blev overdraget til domkirken i Berlin. I 1539 blev Kaulsdorf med reformationen en datterkirke til Biesdorf.
