Siebeneick er et boligområde på 5,1 km² i den nordlige del af Wuppertals bydel Uellendahl-Katernberg og tilhører bydelen Elberfeld.
Siebeneick grænser op til Dönberg mod øst, til boligområderne Uellendahl-West og Uellendahl-Ost mod sydøst, til boligområderne Nevigeser Straße og Eckbusch mod syd. Mod vest og nord grænser bydelen Neviges i Velbert op til Siebeneick. Den sydlige del af området ligger på ryggen af Wuppertals nordhøjder, som danner vandskillet mellem Wupper og Ruhr, og de her udspringende bække flyder mod nord ned til Hardenberger Bach.
