Mariendorf er en bydel i distriktet Tempelhof-Schöneberg i Berlin, i den sydlige del af byen. Mariendorf er hovedsageligt kendt på tværs af regionen for sin travbane. Mariendorf er sammen med den nabobydel Marienfelde en stiftelse fra Tempelriddere med sæde i Komturhof Tempelhof.
Den middelalderlige landsby Mariendorf blev anlagt på den højslette af Teltow, der hæver sig syd for Spreedalen, i en gennemsnitlig højde af cirka 50 meter. Grænsen til den nordligt liggende bydel Tempelhof udgjorde i middelalderen en kæde af vandhuller som smelterester fra den istidens grundmoræne. Denne vandkanal blev brugt fra 1900 til 1906 til anlægget af Teltowkanalen. Et af disse istidens vandhuller blev indtil 1953 brugt som Mariendorf søbad og blev derefter fyldt igen. Volkspark Mariendorf med sine vandhuller har samme geologiske oprindelse. Den lokale snowboardbakke er dog en kunstig opstykning.
