Steinau an der Straße er en lille by i Main-Kinzig-Kreis i den sydøstlige del af Hessen. Tilføjelsen „an der Straße“ henviser til Via Regia, den gamle handelsvej fra Frankfurt am Main til Leipzig, og har siden 1975 været til forskel fra andre byer med samme navn. Byen blev oprindeligt navngivet efter „Steinen i vandet“ og har siden den 20. marts 2006 den officielle tillægsbetegnelse Brüder-Grimm-Stadt, da de tilbragte en del af deres ungdom her. Udover kernebyen har Steinau an der Straße 11 andre bydele.
