Quendorf er en landdistrikt kommune i Landkreis Grafschaft Bentheim. Kommunen er en medlemskommune i Samtgemeinde Schüttorf i det sydvestlige Niedersachsen. Der er ikke en landsbykerne, men nogle bosættelser og enkeltstående gårde danner kommunen.
Den første skriftlige omtale stammer fra året 1197 som „Quenethorpe“, og de ældste arkæologiske fund stammer fra yngre stenalder. Navnet stammer enten fra ordet „Querne“ eller fra vestfalsk „Quene“ for et ungt kvæg. En helt anden fortolkning ser oprindelsen i „Quenna“-titlen for en højstående kvinde.
