Eitorf er en kommune og et middelcentrum i den østlige Rhein-Sieg-kreds i det sydlige Nordrhein-Westfalen.
Eitorf ligger ved midtstrækningen af Sieg i det tidligere Auelgau. Kommunen ligger mellem Bergisches Land og Westerwald ca. 25 km øst for Bonn og 50 km sydøst for Köln. Nabokommunerne er i nord kommunen Ruppichteroth, i øst kommunen Windeck, i syd bykommunerne Asbach, Buchholz og Kircheib i Rheinland-Pfalz og i vest byen Hennef.
