Rheinsberg er en by i Landkreis Ostprignitz-Ruppin i Brandenburg ved Rhin. Kernbyen med bydelene Kleinzerlang og Flecken Zechlin bærer betegnelsen Statsanerkendt feriested. Rheinsberg er en af de største kommuner i Tyskland efter areal.
Byens historie er især knyttet til Schloss Rheinsberg. Rheinsberg blev kendt gennem bogen Rheinsberg: Et billedbog for forelskede af Kurt Tucholsky og gennem omtalen i Vandringerne gennem Mark Brandenburg af Theodor Fontane. Det ligger i ferieområdet Neustrelitzer Kleinseenland i Mecklenburgs søområde.
