Bad Bibra er en lille by i Burgenlandkreis i den sydlige del af Sachsen-Anhalt og en statsligt anerkendt ferieby. Byen er sæde for kommuneforeningen An der Finne, som udover byerne Eckartsberga og Bad Bibra omfatter fem andre kommuner.
Byen ligger nær statsgrænsen til Thüringen i dalen ved Biberbach, der fem kilometer nordøstligt ved Burgscheidungen strømmer ud i Unstrut.
