Ralbitz-Rosenthal, sorbisk, er en saksisk kommune i Landkreis Bautzen i Oberlausitz. Den blev dannet i 1994 af kommunerne Ralbitz og Rosenthal og ligger cirka 10 km øst for byen Kamenz ved Klosterwasser. I år 2001 var 85,41 % af kommunens befolkning dygtige i sorbisk. Kommunen tilhører kernesætningsområdet for det vestslaviske folk.
Kommunen ligger mellem byerne Kamenz og Hoyerswerda langs Klosterwasser i det såkaldte "Niedreland". Omkring en tredjedel af kommunens område er dækket af skove.
