Dom St. Stephan i den tyske by Passau er en katedral fra 1668. Det er hovedkirken i bispedømmet Passau.
Før den nuværende katedral har der stået adskillige andre kirker på dette sted. Den tidligste omtale går tilbage til 730. Den nuværende bygning er en barok bygning på cirka 100 meter lang. Den blev bygget mellem 1668 og 1693. Den forrige gotiske kirke blev stort set ødelagt af en brand i 1662. Kun den østlige del af den nuværende kirke er der rester af. Designet af kirken er af Carlo Lurago, og interiøret blev designet af Giovanni Battista Carlone. Freskoerne er skabt af Carpoforo Tencalla. Højaltret, der viser steiningen af den hellige Stefan, blev lavet af Josef Henselmann i 1952.
