Kopperhörner Mühle er en hollandsk vindmølle på Mühlenweg i bydelen Heppens i byen Wilhelmshaven, cirka en kilometer øst for Wilhelmshaven rådhus.
Møllen lå ved sin opførelse uden for byen, da Bismarckstraße var den nordlige bygrænse. En forgængerbygning stammer fra 1547, som sandsynligvis blev ødelagt af en storm i 1698. Den nuværende gallerihollænder med vindrose blev opført i 1839 som pels- og mølle.
